warranty
All Kdd Powercentre products are covered by a 3 year return to base warranty, against
faulty workmanship or manufacture. Product that is not designed or manufactured by
Kdd will be the warranty issued by the manufacturer or supplier of that part.
We are proud of our quality and reliability record of Kdd Powercentre products.
But should you be the extreme case, and suffer a failure with one our products, please
contact us on 01236 376938. We can then sort out the speediest method to correct
the problem.
incorrect delivery
If we have made an error in your order, please advise us within 7 days of delivery,
we will supply replacement goods as soon as possible, with free delivery to UK address.
damaged goods
If you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, please sign delivery note
to this effect, keep all packaging and advise us within 7 says of delivery. We will
arrange replacement parts as soon as possible.
to return goods
Before returning any items, please contact Kdd Powercentre on 01326 376938, we will
issue you a RN number, and arrange for replacement parts to be dispatched to you.
securely package items for return, method of return will be arranged when you contact
us. Please note that you are responsible for the safe keeping and the safe return
of the goods.
