Orders for standard items may be cancelled and items returned up to 7 working days from there receipt, provided they are unused, working, and in original condition.

Order for customised items, or spare parts are normally non-returnable, but in certain cases, or with items in production we may accept return or cancellation subject to a restocking fee, lose of deposit, or mutually agreed value.

Please phone our sales office as early as possible to advise us you wish to cancel, or return an order. If we agree the return of a unwanted item, we will issue a RN number. This number, together with a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with any return.
